a mess

Where I come from, this is what you call "a mess" of fish. Don't ask me where they came up with that one.

Dad took Momma with him fishin' one afternoon and this is what they brought home. Not exactly my idea of fun, but they do enjoy it.
(Oh, but I do enjoy eating them when Grandma fries them up.)

Easter afternoon, Nana and I got to spend some quality time with Luke while Dad, Sister and Cody went to Lowe's to pick out new tile for their kitchen. We spent the majority of the afternoon outside playing baseball. Let me tell ya, you better stand back when this little slugger is up to bat. He nailed Nana a couple times that I'm sure left bruises! He made sure to let us know, "I'm a baseball player." Clearly. Also, please note the "baseball hat" (aka: Dad's knee pads).
